Russian League Day 4:
Zenit St. Petersburg humiliates Spartak Moscow (5-0)
The nightmare for Spartak Moscow, now directed by Spanish Coach Unai Emery, began to draw up at 15 minutes, when Kannunikov opened the scoring for the home team. However, the result remained at the minimum difference into the half time, and no one predicted a collapse of Spartak in the second half.
First Bystrov was making the second goal (52 m), after a pass of Criscito, and a little after a cycle of three dark minutes for Spartak: Bilyaletdinov missed a penalty, allowing the defense of Malafeev (Zenit´s goalkeeper), Shirokov increased to 3-0, again a Criscito´s assistance, and Irish player McGeady was sent off (63 m), leaving his team adrift. In the last minute, Faizulin set the rout, leaving Zenit in front of the Russian league with four wins in four games.
